The Youth Leadership Institute (YLI) is a unique leadership program for boys and girls that is designed to promote healthy independence and personal empowerment by giving them the tools they need to establish the foundations of leadership and success. They are the leaders of tomorrow. The program is geared to help expand intellectual interest and develop deep moral thinking. It is a learn-by-doing program where all of the decision making is led by the youth. The meetings are facilitated by the youth and the responsibilities are held by the youth.
